This is a faithful reproduction of a late 18th and early 19th Century French Giberne, used by French soldiers from the French Revolution up to the Napoleonic Wars during the 1er Empire.

It comes with a buff leather crossbelt with Blanc D'espagne (whitening) treatment, mathcing original practices. The crossbelt for fusiliers has the bayonet frog attached. If you don't want this frog attached, let me know.

This pouch is made from quality leather and handswen according to original examples and regulations.

It includes the wooden block, handmade.
